2017: The Year of Omni-Channel

Few organizations have made the effort and investments necessary to become a true omni-channel retailer. Many have rushed to deliver customer-facing capabilities without matching the effort on back-end systems.
 
Anoop Kulshreshtha, director of e-commerce and Web development for The Vitamin Shoppe, will speak at the upcoming Cross-Channel Retail Executive Summit on October 3-5 in San Antonio, Texas, and will explain how retailers can plan and execute a comprehensive omni-channel strategy today, and not risk losing shoppers in the more demanding retail environment of 2017.
 
This session will review retailers' investment priorities for the future of their e-commerce platforms as well as how to avoid a patchwork of inconsistency, inefficiency and inflexibility.
