Apparel reported in the November issue

Apparel reported in the November issue that 10 China safeguard petitions had been filed by the American Manufacturing Trade Action Coalition (AMTAC) as of mid-October.

AMTAC had filed six of the 10 petitions at that time. It had filed three more as of mid-November, at which time AMTAC reported it was preparing the remaining petition.
