Arm Treasure Data Named Global Company of the Year by Frost & Sullivan
Arm Treasure Data was recently feted by Frost & Sullivan with the 2019 Global Company of the Year Award for its consumer data platform (CDP) solutions.
Arm Treasure Data CDP unifies customer data silos to provide marketers and enterprise teams with full insight to their customers' attributes and behaviors, such as purchase history, content consumed, support requests and loyalty program status.
Marketers can also leverage, reconcile behavior and enrich segments automatically, and advanced analytics and artificial intelligence-based capabilities are designed to predict customer buying behavior and churn.
Martin Hoff ter Heide, lead consultant, integrated commerce, at Frost & Sullivan, touted the platform’s added marketing functionality on top of the core customer analytics, data management, infrastructure and support bundle.
The Company of the Year Award is given by Frost & Sullivan to an organization demonstrating “excellence in terms of growth strategy and implementation in its field.” It also acknowledges innovation with products and technologies, “and the resulting leadership in terms of customer value and market penetration.”
Arm, headquartered in the U.K., acquired California-based Treasure Data in 2018 and subsequently rebranded as Arm Treasure Data.
“The acquisition of Treasure Data by Arm put the significant financial resources of Arm and its owners, SoftBank Group and SoftBank's Vision Fund, behind Arm Treasure Data," said Hoff ter Heide. “Arm Treasure Data also introduced Treasure Boxes, a CDP solutions library of prebuilt sets of code and applications and Custom Scripts that enable companies to run AI/ML-based analytics on their data. These innovations and resources have positioned the company for continued growth in the future.
