Effective negotiating is an invaluable skill for both professional and personal success. It can save individuals countless time and money, while helping them preserve vital relationships.
 
At the 2016 Retail Executive Summit, Bill Garcia, partner, TableForce will teach all in attendance the pillars of effective negotiation. Attendees will be taken through a brief discussion of how to effectively increase negotiations within their personal lives — immediately saving time and money. From there they will learn some very effective planning and at-the-table techniques that will help them achieve more in any business discussion, internally with co-workers and externally with partners, without ever damaging relationships.

His ability to generate ideas, raise capital and lead executive teams has developed throughout his career. Garcia's exemplary leadership is exemplified by his involvement in the local community and with non-profit organizations where he willingly shares his negotiation skills.
