New York City's acclaimed Metropolitan Opera House draws audiences of more than 800,000 each year. Millions more experience the Met through advanced new media distribution initiatives and state-of-the-art technology. To support a newly renovated retail store within the Metropolitan Opera House, the Met sought a suite of software that would easily integrate with its existing technology. The Met Opera Store chose Epicor Retail's Software as a Service to provide it with a systemic infrastructure and software to help drive retail operations. The Epicor suite offers store, merchandising, audit and operations management and CRM modules.
