RIS does accept contributed articles for publication online.
Contributions can be emailed to managing editor Jamie Grill-Goodman as Word documents.
Suggested length is 500 words and should neither promote nor denigrate any particular retailer or vendor. You can mention your company or any research in the story but it should not be a marketing pitch and instead should be about a topic of high interest to retailers.
As far as a deadline, there is none. We wait to see the story before taking any steps with it. We do not promise a posting date as all stories are added to a queue and run based on editorial judgment with importance relative to other stories as the ultimate criteria. Typically it takes 3 months for a story to post. You will be emailed a link when the story posts.
