Best Buy, Dell and HP are the Top 3 Consumer Electronics Web sites according to Compete's May 2009 Report. More than 15.5 millions shoppers flocked to bestbuy.com last year, compared to Dell (13.4 millions) and HP (11.8 million).

Other retailers rounding out the Top 10 Consumer Electronics Web Sites include big names such as Apple, Game Stop and Radioshack.
