Buckle implements the Blue Martini e-commerce platform from Escalate in order to grow its e-commerce business. The retailer of casual apparel and footwear for young men and women is using the service, including the Call Center and Relationship Marketing applications to improve the online customer experience. Buckle also is using the sales optimization module to enrich the Web content and ease administration of the site. Buckle operates 357 stores in 38 states.
