Discover a true "big story" in retail. Build-A-Bear Workshop uses in-store data capture to improve a customer's experience and make each visit seamless.

Dave Finnegan, chief interactive and information officer for Build-A-Bear will discuss the retailer's reimagined, interactive stores at the 2013 Retail Technology Conference. In the closing keynote presentation on Friday, April 12 learn about the new ways that retailers can support and enhance each customer's in-store experience by capturing personalized data throughout a customer's visit.
