Build-A-Bear Workshop Commits to Digital Transformation With Dara Meath SVP, CTO Appointment

Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. is bolstering its digital transformation efforts, hiring Dara Meath as its senior vice president, chief technology officer in order to expand the brand’s tech capabilities. By taking on the role, Meath joins the company’s senior leadership team. 

Meath previously served as Conair’s divisional chief information officer, leader of data, and digital and e-commerce. In this role, she oversaw the company’s strategic tech and IT direction, redesigning processes to deliver improved customer-centric and cost-efficient enterprise solutions.

She also previously served as The Camuto Group’s vice president of IT. Overall, she brings more than 20 years of experience across technology leadership roles, including leading IT transformation and delivering innovative technologies. 

Meath will report directly to Build-A-Bear’s chief financial officer.
