The QuantiSense solution was implemented in both the Casual Male XL and Rochester Big & Tall Clothing chains. After a successful rollout spanning only 100 days, the retailer is seeing significant benefits, including increased operational efficiency and deeper, more flexible retail analytics than ever before. These benefits are expected to grow quickly in the coming months and include:
-Accurate performance evaluation: The implementation includes a store grading tool that allows Casual Male to rank stores based on the performance of particular classes of products. This will help the retailer distribute inventory more appropriately, minimizing stockouts and overstocks.
-Detailed size and style level analysis: As Casual Male has an extensive range of sizes and styles available, creating comprehensive analyses was a challenge. The QuantiSense implementation includes a sizing tool that enables Casual Male to evaluate the clothing sizes stocked in individual stores, ensuring the appropriate size allocations so customers find the right fit, every visit.
-Increased employee productivity: Before implementing QuantiSense, Casual Male's technology team would spend days collecting data into spreadsheets for weekly reports-now, it takes them minutes. With the ability to generate exception reports on-demand, a user can navigate through the most relevant information on the dashboard and easily drill down for details.
QuantiSense includes a Retail Learning Infrastructure that allows Casual Male to track stockouts, overstocks, and imminent stockouts from a granular level to a summary level.
