CipherLab Releases 1660 Pocket-Size Scanner
CipherLab launches the CipherLab 1660 Pocket-size Scanner, a BT wireless-enabled device designed to increase employee productivity and data capture accuracy in the field. The CipherLab 1660 is a small and lightweight wireless barcode reade. When paired with a portable computer, smartphone or PDA, it provides remote workers with mobility and helps boost the efficiency of data collection applications.
The CipherLab 1660 Pocket-size Scanner can be used with many standard mobile devices, such as the Windows Mobile Pocket PC and the BlackBerry. It offers the following features:
-A working range of up to 10 meters (32.8 feet)
-100 scans per second
- 256 KB of data memory
- Weight of 50 grams (less than two ounces)
