Classic Accessories Selects WFX for PLM

Classic Accessories, supplier of innovative textile products that cover, protect and organize outdoor-related gear, has implemented WFX Web Product Lifecycle Management to streamline its development and sourcing processes and bring new products and ranges to market faster.

Classic Accessories will use WFX Web PLM throughout its offices in Washington State and Hong Kong for real-time visibility across its value chain.

The company chose WFX because of its flexibility and its on-demand model, said Brian Bozlinski, senior vice president of business development. The service will allow Classic Accessories to consolidate product information across departments and to track timelines, which will replace its "error-prone Excel process."

"Also, we are a design and development company, not an IT company, so the fact that we don't have to worry about maintaining hardware, backups, etc., allows us to focus solely on the benefits of the application," said Bozlinski.
