CMOs Weigh in on Customer Engagement

The role of the retail CMO continues to evolve as marketing professionals are increasingly involved in the enterprise's IT decisions.

At Engage! 2014, Rose Hamilton, EVP customer experience, CMO, Pet360 will participate in retail CMO panel and discuss a wide range of marketing and IT issues that begin and end with the consumer. "The Retail CMO Perspective: Leveraging Technology and Innovation for Better Customer Engagement" panel presentation will be hosted by Pete Krainik, founder and CEO of the CMO Club.
