Ted Rudman is responsible for all marketing, pricing, loyalty, HR and corporate systems within the company. Rudman has been a leader in the adoption of Hadoop within the Sears enterprise and has extensive experience in evaluating, designing and integrating existing applications into the big data ecosystem. He and his team have developed best methods for integration as well as evaluating the Hadoop toolset to determine the best approach for different applications of the technology.
