Discovering Retail Nirvana

The level of differentiation from a product, experience or service level in today's retail environment can make the difference between success and failure. While innovation is important, the most successful retailers also have to execute better and understand more effectively their social ecosystem.

Barbara Gray, CFA and equity analyst for Brady Capital Research, will highlight the business, social and technology requirements that today's retailers need to build value and succeed during the opening closing keynote "Retail Nirvana: The Keys to Capturing Customer, Employee & Shareholder Value" on Thursday, June 20 at the 2013 Retail Executive Summit.

The twelfth annual Retail Executive Summit will be held June 19 – 21, 2013 at the Grand Del Mar in Del Mar, California. RES engages high-level retailers with thought-provoking keynote sessions and a series of concurrent workshops as well as intimate networking opportunities where retailers enjoy an ideal environment for sharing ideas and experiences with their peers.
