Extech Data Systems Upgrades its S4000T Receipt Printer

Extech Data Systems updates its S4000T versatile receipt printer. New functions include Form Fiesta, a page printing utility that allows users to customize the design of printed receipts as forms. Applications for the S4000T include invoices with machine readable bar codes for later verification. The four-inch receipt printer features a contemporary design, three wireless options and is designed for both desktop and in-vehicle applications.

The printer provides a variety of design functions and text options, which include size, style and text coordinates. Form Fiesta offers a "human read" option, which helps tell the user what each barcode stands for. Code is automatically generated, variable data can be embedded and the final code is cut into an application.
