Ronald Comer has been named director of international sales for the yarn division of PrimaLoft, a part of Albany International Corp. Comer was most recently director of international sales and marketing at Tuscarora Yarns Inc.
Ian McLachlan has resigned as chairman of Australian Wool Innovation (AWI) and will remain on the board as a director. The board has elected Brian van Rooyen, previously deputy chairman, as the new chairman of AWI. Additionally, the board has increased its size from seven to 10 directors to provide it with a better balance of global business, finance, marketing and product innovation experience. Ken Boundy, Robyn Clubb and John Keniry have been appointed to the new positions.
Thermopatch has promoted John Paleczny to national sales manager, and Candice Ariola from customer service leader to customer service sales support lead.
