PGA Tour Superstore has announced the grand opening of a new experiential store in Plantation, FL. The South Florida location is the latest in a string of next-gen stores PGA has on tap for 2019. The golf and tennis equipment, apparel, and accessories retailer is banking on its new interactive retail model to continue to grow in golf-centric markets and plans to open six new stores in 2019.

"Plantation and Ft. Lauderdale are truly thriving areas for golf and represent a premier market for our expansion," said Dick Sullivan, president & CEO, PGA Tour Superstore. "At PGA Tour Superstore it is first and foremost about our customers and providing them a 'retail-tainment' experience unlike any other golf retailer in the U.S."

Inside PGA Tour Superstore Plantation, guests can practice their short game on the 1,400 square-foot putting green, and work on their swings in six high-tech interactive simulators and four hitting bays. The store offers a large selection of clubs, accessories, footwear and apparel for men, women and juniors; along with custom fitting and repair services and lessons and clinics from certified teaching pros.

Plantation marks the 37th PGA Tour Superstore across the U.S. and the sixth store in Florida. PGA TOUR Superstore will also open a new store in Sarasota, FL later this summer.
