The agreement makes Toshiba the single point of contact for all POS systems, peripherals and OEM front and back office retail store technology at Forever 21. The multi-year deal also includes the procurement of Toshiba's TCxTM 300 systems and peripherals as well as the procurement, support and standardization of other store technology including networking equipment.
Forever 21, headquartered in Los Angeles, Calif., is a retailer of women's, men's and girl's clothing and accessories. Known for offering the hottest, most current fashion trends at a great value to its customers, the store keeps current with new merchandise brought in daily. Founded in 1984, Forever 21 operates more than 830 stores globally.
Toshiba's services solution includes a dedicated project management office and team of service experts that will act as the single point of contact for all helpdesk requests for Toshiba POS hardware and all other OEM retail store equipment.
Beginning June 2017, Toshiba will manage the deployment of all retail store equipment, including new TCxTM 300 POS systems and store servers, registers, displays and SureMark printers in current and new corporate stores. Additionally, Toshiba will provide maintenance services for both Toshiba and non-Toshiba equipment as well as asset management services and support.
