Forrester’s Brendan Witcher to Keynote the Path to Purchase Expo

Forrester’s Brendan Witcher will once again take to the Path to Purchase Expo (P2PX) stage next month to discuss how retailers must evolve if they are going to win retail’s future.

Witcher, who is currently vice president/principal analyst, digital business strategy at Forrester, will deliver P2PX’s closing keynote on Nov. 14 at Hyatt Regency Chicago. The title of Witcher keynote is “Digital Mastery: A Roadmap For Transformation in The Age Of The Customer.”

Key points of Witcher’s keynote will include:

  • What drives strategic digital transformation, and what must be addressed to achieve success
  • How companies tie a roadmap for change to the specific needs of their customers
  • Which tech investments leading brands are making today in order to future proof themselves for tomorrow

Before joining Forrester, Witcher gained 25 years of experience working for enterprise organizations in multichannel retail and hospitality. He serves digital business strategy professionals and is an expert on consumer behavior and technology trends in the engagement space.

Witcher previously gave a keynote at the 2018 Path to Purchase Expo outlining four new retail imperatives centered on omnichannel commerce. He has earned the distinction of being a Path to Purchase Institute faculty member.

Witcher joins a keynote lineup at P2PX that includes “The Office” actor and entrepreneur Rainn Wilson and Alyssa Raine, acting Walgreens chief marketing officer.
