Funko Opens New Retail Experience, Partners With Snoop Dogg

Funko is jumping further into brick-and-mortar retail by opening a new experience inside Snoop Dogg’s Clothing, the actor and musician’s flagship retail store. The co-branded space, called “The Dogg House,” will be opening in early 2023 in Inglewood, California.
Fans of Funko and Snoop Dogg will gain access to in-store collectibles, and an assortment of products across sports, music, anime, movies, television, and more. The storefront will also have several in-store exclusives from Funko’s Pop! and GOLD lines its signature Funko x Tha Dogg House sticker.
To encourage interaction, the storefront will have a large Snoop mural where fans can take photos, as well as life-sized Pop! figures inspired by Snoop Dogg.
“This new store stays true to who I am as an entrepreneur and rapper,” said Snoop Dogg. “I can’t wait for my fans to experience it, to touch it, to feel it. Once you see it, it's like no other thing in the world, ‘Tha Dogg House,’ will blow your mind.”
Andrew Perlmutter, chief executive officer of Funko, said the company looks forward to the debut of its newest retail experience and partnership with Snoop, “whose expertise and impact on pop culture further elevates the brand’s opportunity to connect with fandoms within music and sports.”
“Snoop Dogg’s creative genius takes Funko’s newest retail experience to the next level,” said Brian Mariotti, chief creative officer of Funko. “The immersive, Snoop-inspired floor plan appeals to his fanbase while providing all Funko fans access to some of the most sought-after exclusives.”
This is Funko’s third U.S. retail experience. The company has a flagship store in Hollywood, California and a location in Everett, Washington.
