Gander Mountain Migrates to Enterprise Workforce Management

Gander Mountain, a Minnesota-based outdoor lifestyle retailer, migrates from disparate systems to the JDA enterprise Workforce Management Solution. Gander Mountain will use the software to build staffing levels based on expected sales and traffic patterns in store. The software also is designed to limit potential time abuse issues by restricting associates' ability to clock in to tighter predefined ranges. Much of the implementation work was completed remotely over the telephone or Web conferences.
