Gilt.com unveiled a complete site redesign in honor of its 10-year anniversary. The New Gilt will continue to feature daily new arrivals and the flash sales that it's known for, with easier site navigation, more stylish and exclusive offerings, edited and dynamic editorial content, and a truly tailored customer experience. Gilt.com's new look went live to its more than 9 million members Tuesday morning, Sept. 5.
Intent-based shopping is now easier than ever with the introduction of a robust navigation bar and expanded category tabs. Customers can discover exactly what they're looking for whether they prefer to shop by a general merchandise category, specific brand or one of Gilt's featured shops. Customers also have access to more products than ever before, and can narrow a search via filters such as brand, size, color, price or item type, all the way down to the sleeve length or material of a dress.
The New Gilt is more tailored to the customer's unique likes and tastes with additional personalization elements. Customers will continue to receive customized emails, but they now also see specialized new product feeds, shops and editorial stories based on shopping patterns, search habits and profile preferences. Custom recommendations and similar products can now be viewed throughout the shopping experience through the use of updated visual recognition and machine learning technologies.
Gilt.com's editorial section now features longer-lasting content and showcases curated shops, category boutiques and designer offerings. Styling reports and trend-based stories enable customers to drift between inspiration and intent, and stay style-inspired. Another new addition is the integration of relevant Gilt City offers alongside related product categories. A Gilt City offer from a local yoga studio can now be found alongside a women's activewear sale. This update further solidifies Gilt.com as a one-stop lifestyle destination for both fashion and experiences.

To further celebrate its 10-year anniversary, Gilt is hosting "The All-New Gilt Sweepstakes" with one Grand Prize winner receiving $10,000, and 10 runners up winning $500 each. All prizes will be valid for use on Gilt, Gilt City, or Gilt Travel purchases.

Customers can also expect in-store refund processing within 24 hours when returning Gilt.com purchases to any of more than 100 Saks OFF 5TH stores in the United States.
