Haggar Expands Footprint with Epicor Retail

Haggar Clothing Co. selected and implemented Epicor Retail Software to support its expansion in the United States and Canada. The retailer's expansion plans call for the opening of 10 to 15 new stores annually in the U.S. through 2017, and two to three store openings a year over the next four years throughout Canada.
 
To support its U.S. and cross-border expansion plans, Haggar sought a technology partner to help successfully navigate the currency, customer, merchandising and new market considerations. The retailer chose Epicor Retail software for its functionality, flexibility and ease of integration with current and future store systems.

Haggar has implemented Epicor Retail Merchandising and Planning to ensure the right merchandise is at the right store at the right time. The Epicor Retail Store solution supports more streamlined point of sale transactions for an improved customer checkout experience, while the Epicor Retail Audit and Operations Management solution allows Haggar to consolidate, validate and secure data from all sales channels into one locations and one standard format.
 
Epicor Retail CRM enables the retailer to collect and track customer data to better understand patrons' buying habits across various regions – fostering loyalty and strengthening marketing campaigns – while Epicor Retail Business Intelligence addresses the retail challenge to identify and analyze extensive data and trends to improve operational decision making.
