Hallmark Layers on BI Analysis

Hallmark Cards deploys MicroStrategy Software for company-wide reporting and analysis. Hallmark is using the software to gain insight into product performance across various channels, product groups and business units. The retailer also uses the software to analyze the effectiveness of consumer marketing campaigns, consumer market basket and cross-buying behavior. Hallmark most recently used MicroStrategy to understand how the 'Cards with Sound' line performed in the marketplace.
