Honeywell Offers Repair Service Package for Handheld Products
Honeywell announces its new Service Made Simple repair service program - a package that provides device repair coverage for all Honeywell's handheld scanners and Dolphin Mobile Computers. Under the program, devices will be repaired by Honeywell technicians for any problems due to normal wear-and-tear or accidental breakage including parts and labor. In addition, Honeywell provides three-day service turnaround and overnight return shipping so customers have the devices back in service quickly and performing at maximum capacity. Value-added maintenance also is an integrated component of the program, so that all devices sent for service will automatically receive any pending engineering changes, such as firmware upgrades, at no extra cost.
