Retail is shifting to the customer-centric model, redefining the roles of every member of the organization from store associate to c-level executive.
 
At Engage! 2014, Peter Gold, Chief Marketing Officer, Market America Inc. and Shop.com will participate in a panel discussion with fellow CMOs about a wide range of marketing and IT issues that begin and end with the consumer.
