HSN and Chico Execs Talk 365 Customer Engagement

If you are not involved in a channel, you are invisible to customers who shop there. But to truly be everywhere retailers must be able to successfully manage a growing and complex list of touchpoints.

At Engage 2016, Anne Marie Stephen will host a panel discussion centered around how to engage shoppers by combining data from all channels and harnessing the potential of a 365-degree customer profile.

Stephen is the CEO & Founder of a retail technology advisory Kwolia. She is a strategic innovation advisor specializing in emerging retail technologies, mobile location, data and analytics with interest in connecting digital and physical worlds. As a global customer-focused product and service developer, customer experience guru and trends forecaster in retail, she has been helping companies integrate innovative solutions for over a decade. Joining her on stage will be: Sean Bunner, VP, new business development, HSN; Sher Canada, group SVP of stores, Chico's and Boston Proper; and Gregg Apirian, CEO, Dvelop Consulting.

Bunner is an experienced executive with a unique blend of finance, technology and business development responsibilities and accomplishments with a common thread of using innovation to drive profitable change and accelerated revenue growth. Canada oversees stores, visual merchandising and store operations for Chico's and Boston Proper Stores. As a consultant Apirian specializes in providing business transformation consulting and creative services for agencies, start-ups and brands. 
 
Engage will be held September 7-9 at the Ritz Carlton in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
