JustFab Rebrands as TechStyle

JustFab Inc. revealed a new corporate identity with the introduction of TechStyle Fashion Group. TechStyle Fashion Group encapsulates the company's origins rooted in technology while also signaling its evolution from a single e-commerce site to a global brand-building platform with more than 4 million VIP members across its brands: JustFab, Fabletics, ShoeDazzle and FabKids.

The corporate rebrand comes as the company continues its efforts to reimagine the business of fashion through data, personalization and vertical integration. By controlling the entire business cycle from product creation, manufacturing, distribution, software development and marketing, the company is significantly disrupting the fashion industry to the benefit of its customers. TechStyle Fashion Group represents the innovation at the company's core.

The refreshed corporate identity follows six years of rapid growth for the company. Since launching in 2010, it has quietly become one of the largest online retailers designing, manufacturing and distributing its own brands. Following another marquee year of growth and expansion, TechStyle Fashion Group is projected to surpass $650 million net cash revenue from subscription and merchandise sold in 2016.
