Kohl's Roll Out Buy Online, Pick-up In-Store Across the Chain

As it continues its pursuit of becoming the nation's most engaging retailer, Kohl's rolled out buy online, pick up in store at all of its locations nationwide, making it easier than ever before for customers to place orders on and pick them up within hours at their local Kohl's store. Buy online, pick up in store is another way Kohl's is offering customers an easy experience, allowing them to shop when and how they want.

After a successful pilot at more than 100 Kohl's stores in 2014, Kohl's is now offering the omnichannel shopping service at all 1,164 Kohl's locations across the country. Buy online, pick up in store is currently available for customers shopping from their desktops or laptops via the product page on The service will roll out to tablets and mobile phones later this year.

When customers are shopping online, they will have the option to see if a specific item is available at their local Kohl's store. When they select the "Pick Up In Store" option, they complete the purchase through the website and receive two e-mail messages – the first confirming the purchase and the second indicating when the item is available for pick up in store. Upon arrival at the store, customers can park in a designated "Pick Up In Store" parking spot for added convenience and will find their items waiting for them at the Customer Service desk (for non-jewelry merchandise) or fine Jewelry counter.
