Lenox Rolls Out POS, Improves Store Efficiency
Lenox Corporation completed a rollout of UTC Retail POS software and hardware to 21 retail locations. The deployment also included a combination of products, including POS-J, gift card and loyalty and the 2100 all-in-one POS hardware platform.

The retailer will also implement ReadyStore, a full-featured most POS solution that provides a fully functioning POS, with the same transaction set and user interface available in POS-J. This allows for a greater level of customer service, drastically reducing associate training time, and lowering risk by managing one application across traditional and mobile platforms. UTC's gift registry solution will also be deployed this year.
