Maxima Taps Reflexis Systems to Boost Store Efficiency

Retailer Maxima has selected workforce management provider Reflexis Systems to improve its store productivity and efficiency.

Maxima Latvia, which is one of the largest Latvian retail chains, will leverage Reflexis Real-Time Task Manager and Q-Walk technology across 175 stores and 7,400-plus associates in the region to increase the efficiency of store compliance and auditing.

Using mobile device technology, the solutions will help the retailer increase the transparency of completed tasks and provide a platform for centralized access to audits and reporting systems.

Viktors Troicins, Maxima Latvia CEO, said the increased efficiency lets the company continue to offer its products at accessible prices.
