Mexx Canada Goes Omnichannel with GSI Commerce

GSI Commerce, an eBay company, is working with Mexx Canada to help grow the company's business and drive its omnichannel strategy. Mexx signed a multiyear agreement with GSI Commerce through 2017.

With nearly 100 storefronts in Canada and 1,000 other stores carrying the brand, Mexx is a leading European men's, women's and children's metropolitan apparel and accessories retailer. "We needed a partner that offered multichannel solutions and had proven experience in the Canadian market," said the Mexx team. "GSI's ability to provide strategies and solutions along with its track record made them the ideal partner."

GSI launched both fulfillment and customer service for Mexx within three months in order to support the increased consumer demand during the holiday season. After a successful launch and holiday, GSI and Mexx will now focus on developing and operationalizing the omnichannel strategy to drive sales, cost saving efficiencies, and the consumer experience.
