Nathan's Famous Hot Dogs is elevating its online customer engagement and centralizing data to refine its marketing efforts.

The fast-casual hot dog franchise has tapped SOCi CoMarketing Cloud solutions to help spearhead the effort, which will encompass social media, reviews, and listings management.

Nathan’s Famous hopes the move will enhance its digital footprint and foster more impactful customer interactions. By leveraging this integration, Nathan's says it can streamline the aggregation of data and insights into a singular database, heightening online visibility and establishing deeper connections with customers.

The end goal is revenue growth, greater visibility, and more localized marketing efforts for franchise-owned and corporate-owned locations.

As part of the initiative, Nathan’s corporate management will be able to respond more efficiently to customer inquiries on search, social, and reputation channels like Google, Facebook, and Yelp.

“As we continue to grow, we recognize the critical need to fortify our online presence and establish meaningful connections with our customers to drive traffic into our restaurants,” said Phil McCann, vice president of marketing at Nathan's Famous. “SOCi's platform comes highly recommended and aligns perfectly with our strategic goals, allowing us to make data-driven decisions to enhance our brand's reputation across multiple digital channels.”
