New RIS Site Focuses on Insights, Cross-Channel Retailing

As a valued member of the RIS News audience, we're proud to announce the re-launch of the RIS News online community (http://www.risnews.com). Over the past several months, we have been working hard to create a better online experience and deliver a resource that provides retail executives with enhanced insights into the business/technology issues shaping the global retail sector. To that end, the new RIS News features expanded trends, best practices, research, new technology, and news sections. At the same time, the site provides retail executives access to RIS' leading live events, including the Retail Executive Summit, Retail Technology Conference, Supermarket Executive Summit, and Cross-Channel Retail Executive Summit.

RIS' re-launched Web community also delivers some new exclusive content capabilities that are not available in other locations on the Web. The first is an exclusive blog written by RIS Editor-in-Chief Joe Skorupa. The second is the addition of a Cross-Channel Insights section that will provide executives with analysis and perspective on the key issues impacting cross-channel retailing. Finally, we will be working closely with our content partners to aggregate content in order to simplify your user experience as you will now be able to go to one source for your news and insights.
