Ladies' apparel retailer Reitmans needed to centralize operational data for its seven store brands. The Canadian retailer wanted information to be available to both corporate analysts and store operations managers. Quantisense's retail business intelligence application sources data from Reitman's current Oracle Retail and NSB systems. It unifies data in Quantisense's retail data warehouse, which runs atop an Oracle database. Analytics are related to: store traffic and conversion; labor and real estate productivity; and sales and inventory performance at enterprise, chain, district and store levels.
