O'Reilly, Follett Use Mobility to Deliver Endless Aisle Shopping Experience

Embracing in-store mobile technology and using it to meet continuously evolving business objectives is key to transforming the customer experience and keeping pace with customers. Two retailers that make the case for this approach are Steve Jasinski,  of O'Reilly Auto Parts, and Fred Peterkin, of Follett Higher Education Group.

These retailers are from completely different market verticals and come together to explain how mobility in the store removes channel barriers, empowers associates and improves the customer experience. They will outline their mobility strategies at the NRF Big Show on Tuesday, January 15, from 10:15 am to 10:45 am in room 3D08.

They will be joined by Linda Palanza, of OneView Commerce, and Joe Skorupa, of RIS News, in a panel discussion that will cover how endless aisle capabilities are becoming a way to eliminate barriers to the customer experience across channels and how mobility can deliver increased revenue and loyalty while decreasing the cost of sales.
