OSP Group Consolidates Two Manhattan Offices Into One New York Plaza

OSP Group, the direct-to-consumer provider of women's and men's apparel dedicated exclusively to plus sizes, will relocate its corporate headquarters from midtown Manhattan to One New York Plaza in Lower Manhattan.

OSP's move to one of the hottest neighborhoods in Manhattan is a clear statement of the company's commitment to further its leadership of the fashion space for sizes 12+. The new office space will relocate the company's two Manhattan locations into a single, modern 156,000-square-foot space. The 50-story tower is the southernmost of all skyscrapers in Manhattan, and features sweeping unobstructed views of the harbor, Statue of Liberty and the New York City skyline.

The new Lower Manhattan location seats OSP Group in close proximity to some of Manhattan's most exciting neighborhoods and attractions including the Financial District, South Street Seaport, Chinatown, Tribeca and Battery Park.

Currently, OSP's two midtown locations house associates who specialize in e-commerce, global sourcing, creative services, merchandising, marketing and design for brands including Woman Within®, Roaman's®, Jessica London®, swimsuitsforall, King Size®, BrylaneHome®, and OneStopPlus.com® and more.

"Our business has been growing rapidly and we expect that trend to continue. Relocating to One New York Plaza will allow us to accommodate that growth and provides an exciting and innovative work environment for our teams that will allow us to recruit new talent attracted to the vibrancy of Lower Manhattan," said Paul Tarvin, CEO, OSP Group. "Our associates and our business will benefit from a more collaborative and integrated work space across our multiple brands and functions. In addition to the benefits of a modern building with first-class amenities, we are very excited to join the downtown community which is becoming one of NYC's premier business locations.

"We have engaged Unispace, a global design, project management and construction firm, specializing in cutting edge corporate interiors to create a productive, engaging workplace worthy of our over 400 New York associates. We expect to be in our new headquarters in September 2015," Tarvin added.

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank executive managing director Brian Goldman and managing director Eric Cagner represented OSP Group in the site search and lease negotiations.

Other tenants at One New York Plaza include Revlon, Morgan Stanley and more.
