Perry Ellis International Modernizes CRM
Perry Ellis International (PEI) is live with one of the industry’s first Oracle Retail Customer Engagement (ORCE) v17 implementations in the Oracle cloud, which included converting and migrating data from a legacy CRM system. PEI and BTM Global have rolled out ORCE to approximately 70 stores in the U.S. and U.K.
This project was also one of the first in the industry to integrate Oracle Retail Point-of-Sale (ORPOS) to ORCE. In addition to implementation leadership, BTM Global supported end-to-end testing and training.
With the new ORCE customer relationship management system, PEI can meet customers’ high expectations regarding its loyalty programs, including exclusive sales and early access to new arrivals. With a faster, scalable and more flexible system, PEI can deliver customer deals consistently across all of its selling channels. With data at its fingertips, the retailer gains greater intelligence for shaping future customer programs and enhancing loyalty offerings.
