Personality Traits Influence Leadership Potential
Dominant personality traits have tremendous implications on achieving both individual and organizational success. The most effective communicators and leaders have been proven to share some of the same thought processes and personality qualities.
At the 2015 Retail Executive Summit, Monique A. Honaman, CEO & Founder, ISHR Group will explore the preferred thinking and communication styles of leaders, and all in attendance will receive a customized personality evaluation. In this unique workshop the importance for team leaders to recognize and manage a multitude of personalities will be explored. In addition, every attendee will be provided with an HBDI questionnaire to fill out prior to the summit. HBDI will score every attendees profile and provide the individual results on site at the event.
Honaman started her career with General Motors, and later joined General Electric’s human resource management program. Her experiences include expertise in global executive assessment, leadership development, organization design, and performance management. Monique earned her certification as a Six Sigma Quality Program Black Belt and is a certified practitioner of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) and the Birkman Profile.
The Retail Executive Summit will be held June 17-19 at the Montage Resort in Laguna, California. The conference will feature keynotes from retail leaders, peer-to-peer exchanges, a golf outing, the annual CIO of the Year Awards, networking opportunities and relationship building.
