Retail marketing and merchandising is undergoing a revolution thanks to the large amounts of shopper data collected on a constant basis. As the amount of data collected steadily increases and analytic solutions are able to provide valuable insight into shopper behavior, marketing and merchandising programs are becoming more targeted and personalized.
 
At Engage! 2014 honorary chairperson Kevin Moffitt, VP, e-com, Office Depot, will lead a frank retailer-driven discussion of marketing and merchandising solutions, vendors, past and current experiences with IT deployments, challenges, best practices and more. The closed door session is by reservation only and limited to 20 retailers and will be an interactive but structured session based on pre-conference polling of attendees who sign up for the session.

Moffitt is responsible for the design and capabilities of Office Depot's e-commerce websites to create a world-class online experience. He has over 15 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, usability and business management, including leadership roles at Dillard’s Department Stores, Circuit City Stores and Putnam Investments. He is a strong advocate for innovation and customer centricity, and is passionate about finding ways to drive business results while building connections between Office Depot's virtual and physical sales channels.

Engage! 2014 will be held October 8-10, 2014 at the Ritz Carlton in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
