RedPrairie Debuts New Workforce Management User Interface
RedPrairie plans to release an enhanced workforce management user interface as its September 2009 Workforce Management release. The workforce management system interface was created with a stronger focus on simplifying end-user experience. The system also aims to enable managers at the site level to spend more time with their employees and customers.
The new release also helps retailers implement the solution more quickly, helping to reduce overall change management costs, and drive quicker ROI. The system is delivered on the same platform that already supports many retailers using RedPrairie.
Feedback from RedPrairie's pre-release surveys about the enhanced solution has suggested that benefits include an increase in sales and customer retention, as well as a higher level of manager satisfaction, with more attention to policy over procedure.
