Reshaping the Omnichannel Marketing Mix

The retail marketing landscape is in flux. The vast majority of transactions are influenced by digital content, yet the science of sales attribution has yet to be perfected.
 
At Engage! 2014, Vicki Cantrell, SVP, communities and executive director, Shop.org, NRF, will present insights from the NRF’s recent State of Retailing Online study. At the "Reshaping the Marketing Mix for Omnichannel Shoppers" general session she provide specific retailer examples and explore how retailers can use digital methods to drive traffic to stores, measure results, and adopt successful marketing strategies that begin and end with the shopper.
 
Cantrell is responsible for providing strategic direction and management of Shop.org, NRF’s digital retail division. Additionally, she provides oversight for all NRF communities, including NRF’s CIO Council, CMO Council, the Association of Retail Technology Standards (ARTS), and Loss Prevention. Prior to joining NRF, Cantrell served as the COO and CIO of Tory Burch during a period of extreme growth and expansion domestically and internationally.
 
Engage! 2014 will be held October 8-10, 2014 at the Ritz Carlton in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
