To RFID and Beyond
To be a true omnichannel retailer means to be omnichannel from the ground up. A top-down approach that focuses on in-store pickup of online orders, for example, will eventually lead to shopper disappointment when inventory levels routinely dip to 60-70% accuracy between audits.
