The tool allows customers to design and build products online. Customers can select and combine options that utilize a wide range of rich media, including text and images, to match their personal tastes, needs or vision.

 

Product personalization creates a simple and cost-effective merchandising solution online that harnesses the power of custom manufacturing, the company reports.

 

For example, the monogramming tool allows the users to create and view their personal message on the item of their choice online before purchasing the item. The Orvis Co., a RichFX customer, reports that this monogramming tool has contributed to an increase in conversions of 44 percent.
