Robert Talbott Inc. Execs Say Thank-You on Motorcyle Tour

Robert Talbott, Inc. reports that Robb Talbott and CEO/president Bob Corliss conducted a nine-month nationwide tour to visit customers of the luxury apparel and accessories brand. In a creative twist on traditional business travel, the pair took to the road via BMW GS 1150 Adventure motorcycles. Both Robb and Bob are avid motorcycle enthusiasts and also realize the importance of taking the time to visit customers to thank them for their loyalty to the brand and to generate excitement about the years ahead.

"Many of Robert Talbott, Inc. customers have been loyal to the brand for over 60 years and we felt it important to take the time to visit and thank them for their business as we usher in a new era for Robert Talbott, Inc.," said Talbott.

"At a time when Made in America is more important than ever, Robert Talbott, Inc. prides itself on the fact that its products are largely made on the Monterey Peninsula in California – and have been since 1950. In keeping with that tradition the company will increase domestic production immediately – ensuring quality, service, and value to our customers and to our community," said Corliss. "This was a fresh and innovative take on customer and store visits. Our goal is to get back to our roots and let customers know we are grateful for their loyalty over the years."

The Moto Tour began at the company's corporate offices and production facilities in Monterey, California in December 2011 and culminated in September 2012. Throughout the six legs of the Moto Tour, the pair traveled 13,419 miles and visited 44 customers in more than 30 states.
