Rooms To Go Delivers Post-Sale Engagement with Digital Receipts

As part of its strategic vision to become the industry leader in customer engagement and satisfaction, Rooms To Go has partnered with flexReceipts, a digital receipt solution, to be its exclusive e-receipts provider. The retailer will implement the solution across its 200 locations, including custom offers, embedded video and more in the initial receipts.

The technology provides retailers the opportunity to offer customers personalized, digital receipts, encouraging customer interaction once the transaction is complete. The flexReceipts platform marries a retailer's POS operations with back-end analytics to provide product recommendations and unique discount codes, as well as embed video and promotions.
 
By deploying flexReceipts, Rooms To Go will add functionality, which delivers a true post-sale customer engagement tool to customers that allows the retailer to go beyond the sale.
