Royal Farms Deploys Next-Gen Workforce Management Solution

Royal Farms, a convenience store chain known for fresh food and ‘World Famous’ fried chicken, has selected Reflexis Workforce Scheduler to optimize labor scheduling.

Royal Farms looks to improve the customer experience while giving associates greater flexibility and input on work schedules. The mobile-first solution design gives managers and store associates on-the-go access to the scheduling process and advanced capabilities including self-service.
