Rue21 Optimizing Workforce Planning

Rue21 is making upgrades to its labor planning in order to provide better customer experiences. 

The men’s and women’s apparel retailer is optimizing its labor capabilities via enhanced demand forecasting and greater employee access with Reflexis Workforce Scheduler technology.

Using this technology provides managers and store associates with mobile access to their schedules, affording them additional opportunities to provide input.

The PA-based Rue21, which operates nearly 700 stores in 45 states, has also incorporated Reflexis’ Time & Attendance, Employee Self-Service, Advanced Analytics & Reporting and Mobility services.
